This website is owned and operated by Marsh’s Honey, a NZ business and will be hereby referred to as ‘Marshs Honey’, ‘we’, ‘our’, and/or ‘us’ in these Terms & Conditions.
These may be amended at any time and for this reason we encourage customers to review the Terms & Conditions whenever they use this website.
1. Pricing – Pricing is displayed in NZ currency and is inclusive of GST. Marsh’s Honey may alter the prices of products at any time, without prior notice.
All online payments using credit cards are processed using a secure Stripe payment gateway. Marsh’s Honey do not capture or store customer credit card details.
2. Delivery – We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. However any orders that come through to us after a Thursday, and if we know the shipping process means that the product sits at a freight depot over the weekend we will wait until after the weekend to dispatch. This service excludes public holidays, is subject to the availability of stock, and other considerations.
Delivery times vary depending on the region of destination but customers should usually receive their order within 2-4 working days.
We are also happy for customers to collect product from our home in Ettrick, Central Otago. Please indicate in order notes a referred pick up time / day so we can confirm this with you.
We do not currently charge a surcharge for rural delivery. This is subject to change with courier changes.
3. Return and Refund Policy – At Marsh’s Honey our aim is “every pottle perfect” to provide our loyal and valued customers with premium honey products. If you are not satisfied with your product in any way please make contact with us and we will replace it, or refund your money.
If product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately so we can investigate with the freight provider. Photos of the damage are essential.
